Resources for Church Leaders - Helping other churches fulfill their mission

Believing in the soon return of Jesus, we are willing to partner with other churches and church leaders who are committed to finishing the Lord’s work.  God has given us a vision and passion to help churches become all that God desires them to be.

Church Growth Summits
Each year during the second week of February, Adventist Fellowship conducts a Church Growth Summit for pastors and lay church leaders.  We invite you  to come to Tulsa and spend a few days with us as we share how God has grown our church from a handful of people nine years ago to close to 800 today.  This is not just inspiration. The conference is filled with practical how-to’s and strategies to  lead a church toward growth.  The summit will end with attendees experiencing our worship services on Sabbath followed by an afternoon debriefing.

Our next summit will be February 17-19, 2011.  We will start on Thursday evening at 7pm and will continue through Saturday afternoon at 4pm. There is no charge for attending this event and we make all materials and meals available at no charge.  For more information contact our church office at 918-622-2444.

Church Attendance Tracking
Adventist Fellowship has developed a tracking system designed to keep up with your most valuable resource; people.  Even in small to medium size churches it is easy for several weeks to pass before noticing that someone has stopped attending your services. Statistics tells us the longer a person is gone, the harder it is to get them back.

Finally, a tool for church leaders to track:

Who missed your services this week?

When the last time a person attended church?

Who has missed the last two, three or four weeks in a row?

Who has returned to church this week after a long absence?

ACTS is an attendance tracking and reporting system that is design to help church leaders be proactive in closing the “backdoor” of the church.  Here is a list of some of the features:

  • Multiple Check-in Options
  • Attendee or Greeter Interface
  • Optional Name Tag Creation
  • Designate Tracked or Untracked
  • Multiple Event Tracking
  • Interest Tracking
  • Visitation Module
  • Lifeguard Feature
  • Source Tracking for Visitors
  • Unlimited Notes
  • Follow Up Date
  • 13 Week Attendance History
  • Attendee Can Update Profile
  • Tracks Time of Check-in
  • Group Email Feature
  • Call Reports
  • Missing Reports
  • Pastor Action Report
  • Attend Analysis Report

ACTS is perhaps the single most effective tool a church leader will ever use to build a church community of connected individuals.  To learn more visit www.trackchurchattendance.com

Prophecy Seminar Series
In any given year, Adventist Fellowship will conduct as many as seven full message prophecy seminars.  Pastor Bill McClendon has developed a series of evangelistic sermons consisting of 15 presentations which introduces a person to almost all our fundamental beliefs.  This is a fast paced, hard hitting series that will lead people through the Adventist message within two and a half weeks.  This resource includes sermon scripts, handouts and PowerPoint presentations.  These presentations can be viewed online at www.unlockingrevelation.com
